When can you deliver a dumpster?
We are striving to deliver a dumpster whenever you need it. Sometimes though, our days are heavily scheduled. So we would appreciate a 24-48 hours notice.
Where will you place a dumpster?
Our dispatcher will take notes for a driver with a special request on where to place the dumpster. We always provide wooden boards to protect your driveway. If your dumpster needs to be placed on the street, please check with your local municipality office; a permit might be required.
How long can I keep a dumpster?
The dumpster rental fee includes a rental for up to 14 days. If you need to extend your rental time to complete your project, please inform our dispatcher so we can make the necessary arrangements. The fee for rental longer than 14 days is $10/day.

How high can I load a dumpster?
Each of our dumpsters has the maximum load level marked. You should not overload the dumpster above this marker. If you overload the dumpster, it creates a safety hazard on the road.
When will you pick up my dumpster?
At the time of reservation, you can also request a specific date for the haul away of the dumpster. If you’re not sure when your project will be complete, you can always call us later and request a haul away of the dumpster. We ask that you provide us with a 24- 48 hours notice.
